Afternoon Tea · The Evening Ritual
Where every hour has its ritual.
Some 50,000 square feet given to the hours of the day, from a private marina on the bay to the Cognac Room on level 31.
The Astor Hours
Afternoon Tea, Evening Ritual, Midnight Supper
The rituals of St. Regis were set in Caroline Astor's New York and have been kept ever since. Here they find their rooms: tea in the Tea Room of the Sky Lounge, the sabre and the champagne of the Evening Ritual as the light goes, a last glass in the Cognac Room on the thirty-first floor. In time a private restaurant by the Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi will open with the house.
From Morning to Evening
The Day, Kept by the Water
What no neighbour on the avenue can repeat lies at the foot of the gardens: a private marina, for residents only, on Biscayne Bay. Above it the east pool runs to the edge of the water, with cabanas for the long middle of the day, and the fifth floor keeps a second pool with a bar amid the gardens.
Wellness has rooms of its own: a holistic salt spa, and a covered lap pool for the early hours. The athletic club looks to the bay, with studios for yoga and pilates beside it, a court for pickleball and a golf simulator for the days it rains.
And through all of it, the butler: deliveries brought to the residence, the house car, the concierge.
