South Brickell · A Private Bayfront Enclave

Leave Brickell behind, without leaving it.

Behind a private gate on the tree-lined reach of the avenue, the house stands on Biscayne Bay with a marina of its own.

1809 Brickell Avenue

The Quiet Reach of the Avenue

South Brickell is the residential reach of Brickell Avenue: calmer, greener, lined with old trees, and minutes from the towers of the financial district in one direction and from Vizcaya and Coconut Grove in the other. The house keeps all of it at the gate. Inside lies an enclave with its own frontage on the water — the first St. Regis residential address in Miami.

Three Acres of Garden, a Marina Below

Enzo Enea's gardens, nearly three acres of them, lead from the gate to the porte-cochère and on to the water's edge, where the residents' marina lies. From the terraces the view runs unbroken across Biscayne Bay to Key Biscayne, and back along the skyline of the city.
